These included developing a global promotion velocity algorithm for emerging countries, adapting global incentive plans to local environments, and setting up a reward strategy and executive incentive plans for a joint venture in East Asia. She was instrumental in the design and delivery of a values-based benefit strategy for the region.

In 2012/2013 Maureen presented papers at conferences hosted by the National Reward Group Australia, the South African Reward Association and WorldatWork USA.
